Part 3: The Hospital Attack
Eleanor was rushed to the hospital after experiencing early contractions. She lay in the sterile hallway on a gurney, waiting for an ultrasound, one hand protectively over her belly.
She never saw Isabella coming.
Dressed in a striking, tight red dress, Isabella stormed down the corridor like a woman possessed. With a scream of pure jealousy, she grabbed Eleanor by the hair and violently yanked her off the gurney onto the cold floor.
Eleanor cried out in pain as her body hit the tiles. IV lines and blood bags scattered everywhere, red liquid spilling across the floor. Isabella continued pulling her hair, screaming, “You don’t deserve this baby! It should be mine and Marcus’s!”
Nurses rushed forward in horror, shouting for security. Eleanor, in her thin hospital gown, curled protectively around her belly, tears streaming down her face as Isabella’s nails dug into her scalp.
The pain was unbearable — physical, emotional, and terrifying for her child.
