A month later, something unexpected happened.
Vivian announced a new company initiative.
Every Cole Meridian office would include sensory-friendly spaces, neurodiversity hiring programs, and autism-awareness training.
The board was shocked.
Investors questioned it.
Vivian didn't care.
“This matters,” she said.
And for once, nobody argued.
